Yes raps would work just fine, I've had luck with #3s and #4s clown color. Small spoons tipped with a wad of spikes works too. Best advice would be to not stay in one spot too long, drill a couple holes and if no active fish come thru in 15 to 20 minutes, move 50 to 100 yards till ya find em. Hope this helps, tite lines. Cool

Kudos to Capt Nolan Koepp (Top Gun Charters) for an outstanding day on the water. The service is the best I have seen in Wisconsin. Great attention to detail and keeps you on the fish. Brats were great also!!!

Fishing tomorrow afternoon with a couple guys, wondering if anybody wants to team up and find the active schools of fish with us? We will be moving around fishing different areas to get on fish. Would be nice to team up with others and find them faster all together. Text me 9208404019.

The Lake Poygan Sportsman Club has plowed a road from the old Duck Inn Landing to Indian Point. They also plowed from Boom Bay Bar and Grill to the Old Duck Inn road. For the sturgeon spearers. The sturgeon registration station has been moved this year on the east side of Lake Poygan to Boom Bay Bar and Grill.

Fairly slow this afternoon, had to keep moving and finally found some mildly interested WB. Small spoons and spikes. Another trip with no eyes. Travel was pretty smooth out there. Good luck, be safe

Drove off of old Duck in today. Plenty of wet slush pockets out there to get stuck in. Most of them are in the first couple miles of the tree line. After that it was smooth sailing. Some drifting but not to bad in my opinion. Fishing was very slow never really got on a school. Caught plenty of 5 inch whitebass in the Indian Point area. Tried by the horse shoe at dark and just couldn't get anything to go. Better luck this weekend.

Before the warm up there we had plenty of ice, some spots near 20 inches, I'm sure that's fine and knew people were still driving off Noffke's yesterday before the storm, though it was a pretty wet mess. That being said, it should be fine, minus it's probably becoming a slushy mess and will solidify into a bumpy icy mess after tonight, if not by tomorrow night. The only thing I am worried about is snow drifts now. Any word on that from anyone? Thanks!
